2. Cold Rolling Process
熔炼与铸造:
Ingredient melting (Al 95% + alloying elements) → Vacuum degassing → Casting into T6 ingots;
Hot rolling billet:
Ingot heated to 450°C~530°C → hot rolled into slabs (thickness 10~30 mm);
Cold forming:
多道次轧制The slab is precision-rolled from room temperature through 4 to 20 rolling mills to the target thickness of 0.1mm~5mm, with accuracy controlled within ±0.01mm.
Tension ControlApply 0.5%~5 MN/m tension during rolling to relieve internal stress.
热处理与矫直:
Solution treatment(e.g., 6061 alloy: 530°C × 30 min) →age hardening(160℃×12h)→ 矫直至平整度≤0.05mm/m;
