Cold-rolled patterned aluminum alloy is a material produced by cold rolling technology to create periodic patterns on the surface of aluminum sheets. Its core process involves:

  • Using aluminum base materials (e.g., 1060, 3003, 5005 alloys)

  • Cold rolling deformation to form patterns via patterned rollers

  • Post-processing including annealing and surface treatments (anodizing, spraying)

(1)Cold Rolling Forming
