    These composite materials are produced by strictly degreasing and chemically treating high-quality aluminum-magnesium alloy substrates, followed by roll-coating with imported PVDF fluorocarbon coatings and curing.

  2. Advantages of Roll-Coated Technology
    The rapid development of roll-coated plates stems from transforming traditional喷涂 (spraying) into continuous coating processes. Using roller coating instead of conventional immersion chemical treatment ensures precise control over coating quality, eliminates edge defects caused by spraying, and employs chromium-free treatment solutions to reduce environmental pollution, meeting strict eco-standards in developed countries.

Surface Treatment Technologies
